Shipping Policy

The products are shipped by FedEx courier Service or UPS/ DHL or any other reliable and trusted courier within 24 hours of receiving the confirmed order. It is our endeavour to courier the confirmed order on the same working day unless it is received after the last shipment. However, we make it a point to ship it on or the next working day. All confirmed orders received on Sundays would be shipped on the next day i.e Monday. When the order is shipped, the complete shipping details of the order along with the airway bill of the courier service is also sent to you via email. You can track the status of you order directly at the site of the courier service provider via their state of the art tracking software, which will provide you with all the relevant details.

Please note that the order is delivered within 3-4 business days to the recipient.

However, there can be an instance when a customer places an order of an expensive item or an order of large quantity which may take some time to procure and this can present delay to the shipment of your order. In such a situation you will be informed with in 24hrs of the nature of delay and expected time frame regarding shipment of your order. You will be informed by phone or by e-mail.

Please note that normally US and other European Countries do not levy custom duties on our products. But if the destination country decides to levy custom duties or taxes you will be requested to bear the charges.
